Customer Questions

What does “unstitched” mean?

Unstitched items are fabric only pieces. No tailoring to size has been applied to the material whatsoever. Most, if not all unstitched items include a ready-to-wear scarf (dupatta).

What does “semi-stitched” mean?

Semi-stitched items need to be tailored down to your size. The dress is usually stitched from the neck, attached with unsown sleeves and left open from the sides. The lining and material for the shalwar comes unstitched

I have paid for my order. When will I receive it?

We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving the payment. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to arrive upon dispatch.

Do you offer a tailoring service?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer a tailoring service at this moment in time.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may exchange them within 7 days of receipt. We offer an exchange only policy for items of the same value or more, so long as the item being exchanged is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and within the original packaging.

We will only offer a refund if a manufacturing fault has occurred. We cannot accept an item returned as “faulty” if the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

All jewellery products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
